To Register

Four easy ways to register:

1. Complete the online registration process and submit including your credit card information.
   NOTE: If payment method is by American Express, you will need to call (228) 687-1119, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST), in order to have your payment processed.
2. Download and print the registration form, complete, including credit card information or purchase order. Using this method, you will need to call (228) 687-1120 or (228) 687-1119, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST), or fax (228) 242-0013 with your credit card information for payment of registration fees.
3. Download and print the registration form, complete, including credit card information or purchase order, and mail to NVision Solutions Inc.

4. Call to register at (228) 687-1120 or (228) 687-1119, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST).

Registration Fees:

Please register early to reserve your space.
Professional Staff/Faculty: $300.00 (before March 15, 2012), $400.00 (after March 15, 2012)
Student (student ID required): $150.00 (before March 15, 2012), $200.00 (after March 15, 2012)

The registration fee is due at time of registration.

All registrations will be confirmed via e-mail within two business days of fee payment.
Fees will be accepted at the door, but because space is limited, we cannot guarantee your registration until fees have been paid.
Purchase orders are accepted. Payment by purchase order will be due by the day of on-site registration.

Refunds and Cancellation Policies

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to NVision Solutions, Inc., 13131 Hwy 603, Suite 301, Bay St. Louis, MS 39520-8746. Requests received on or before March 16, 2012, will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 16, 2012.
